1237 Salinas 2015 is an exceptional artisan wine, a high-expression blend that combines the Mediterranean power of Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera with the classic structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine, awarded 93 points by the Peñín Guide, is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes from old dry-farmed vineyards. After extended maceration, the wine matures for 18 months in new French oak barrels, where it acquires extraordinary complexity. It presents an intense garnet color, almost opaque. On the nose, it reveals a powerful and concentrated aroma, with notes of preserved black fruits, allspice, licorice, graphite, and a toasted background of cocoa and cedar.
