Appearance: Pale pink in colour, with a low depth due to light maceration with the skins. Clean, crystalline and transparent.
Nose: Delicate and fruity on the nose, reminiscent of strawberries, grapefruit and apricot, with light and pleasant hints of pink flowers.
Palate: Very fresh and citrusy on the palate, with a balanced structure and acidity, unctuous and with a long fruity aftertaste. Lovely freshness and pleasant hints of fruit salad.
