Sparkling wine made using the traditional Champagne method, where the second fermentation takes place inside the bottle. After aging on the lees for more than 20 months, we have obtained a wonderful sparkling Blanc de Noirs using the Bobal grape, which is a red variety.
Appearance: Straw yellow wine with beginnings of bright, golden highlights.
Nose: Its prolonged but balanced aging on the lees leads to a blend of fresh, floral, and fruity aromas of rose and cherry with notes of biscuit, toast, fresh walnuts, mild spices, and hints of apple.
Palate: The very fine and integrated bubbles make it crisp yet creamy, rich, and fresh. The perfect balance between body, structure, and freshness of this sparkling wine is sure to impress.
