Single Vineyard Wine. Distinctive Identity. Its name refers to the vineyard where the grapes used to make it are grown, Finca El Serrano. This area enjoys a warm climate year-round and the beneficial influence of the Mediterranean. The climate is continental in the inland mountain areas. Single Vineyard Wines are made from grapes sourced from specific vineyards, generally small in size, selected for their distinctive soils and unique climate. On these estates, the natural environment and the vineyards intertwine to produce true oenological gems.
