Single Vineyard Wine. Distinctive Identity. Its name comes from the plot of land where the Cabernet Sauvignon vines used to make this wine were planted in 1996. Single Vineyard Wines are made from grapes sourced from specific, generally small, vineyards selected for their characterful soils and unique climate. On these estates, the natural environment and the vineyards intertwine to produce true oenological gems.
Appearance: Intense red color with violet hues.
Nose: Predominantly fruity aromas reminiscent of red fruits with a spicy background.
Palate: On the palate, ripe fruit unfolds initially with a touch of sweetness (redcurrant jam). With good acidity and freshness, the wine is persistent, with silky tannins and a mineral finish.
