Single-vineyard wine. A wine with its own identity. Its name comes from the plot of land where the vineyards originate, located in western Valencia between Fuenterrobles and Utiel at an altitude of 1,090 meters. Single-vineyard wines are made from grapes sourced from specific, generally small, vineyards, selected for their characterful soils and unique climate. On these estates, the natural environment and the vineyards intertwine to produce true oenological gems.
