Audentia Petit Verdot is a young red wine from the Valencia D.O. Courage, “Audentia” in Latin, defined the inhabitants of Valencia during the Reconquista period. At Murviedro, we honor their memory with these wines characterized by their structure and character.
Appearance: Deep red color with garnet highlights, high intensity and excellent density, hinting at concentration and structure.
Nose: Aromatically intense and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits (cherry, currant) on a balsamic and spicy background. Hints of menthol and Mediterranean herbs add freshness and uniqueness to the overall character.
Palate: On the palate, it presents a vinous and structured attack, with an elegant mid-palate, ripe and firm tannins, and lively acidity that lengthens the finish. Persistent finish with fruity notes and a spicy undertone.
