A fresh, young white wine with a Mediterranean style. Made from two Mediterranean grape varieties, harvested at their optimal ripeness and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius. This method allows us to obtain the greatest aromatic potential. It is then aged on its lees for two months before bottling.
Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: Medium intensity, varietal aromas primarily of Muscat of Alexandria. Hints of jasmine, citrus, orange peel, and tropical notes.
Palate: Light wine, smooth on the palate with subtle herbal touches. Saline notes and a well-integrated bitter finish that provides a pleasant persistence.
