Nose: On the nose, its aroma is intense, sweet, and fresh, reminiscent of a selection of extracts from Mediterranean roots, leaves, and flowers (wormwood, ginger, chamomile, gentian, elderberry, dittany of Crete, cat's tail...) and orange peel.
Palate: On the palate, it begins sweet, with flavors of aromatic herbs and spices, finishing with subtly bitter notes of orange.
