Nose: On the nose, its aroma is intense, sweet, and fresh, reminiscent of a selection of extracts from Mediterranean roots, leaves, and flowers (wormwood, ginger, chamomile, gentian, elderberry, dittany of Crete, cat's tail...).
Palate: On the palate, it begins with a sweet entry, with flavors of aromatic plants and spices, finishing with subtly acidic notes.
