Tarima Hill Lias is made with grapes from Chardonnay vineyards located in Pinoso, at an altitude of 700 meters. The limestone soils, the Mediterranean climate with continental influence, and the altitude favor slow ripening, preserving freshness, balance, and varietal expression.
Fermented in French oak barrels followed by ageing on lees with batonage for 6 months. With a harvest characterised by drought and relevant rainfall in spring, the result was a long ripening period that produced grapes of the highest quality.
Appearance: Bright yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: Prominent aromas of white flowers, stone fruit, ripe citrus, brioche, and butter, along with subtle hints of salt and spice.
Palate: Full-bodied, smooth, and balanced, with a fresh acidity that adds vibrancy. Long, elegant, and persistent finish.
