Appearance: Honey-colored, bright with hints of light mahogany. Clear edges and a more concentrated dark amber center.
Nose: Aromas of raisins, ripe dates, and fig bread, with hints of black carob and candied fruit.
Palate: The flavor is sweet and intense without being fiery, flavorful and easy to drink. Notes of baked apple compote and coffee caramel. An incredibly long finish that lingers for many hours. It glides majestically and slowly down the sides of the glass.
