Single-vineyard wine. Its own identity. Its name comes from the plot of land where the Chardonnay vines used to make this wine are grown, in Venta del Moro, at an altitude of 740 meters. Single-vineyard wines are made from grapes from specific, generally small, vineyards selected for their characterful soils and unique climate. On these estates, the natural environment and the vineyards intertwine to produce true oenological gems.
Appearance: Pale yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Aroma of good intensity and complexity, fresh with predominant notes of ripe white fruit, pineapple, light citrus tones, and hints of nuts.
Palate: A pleasant entry on the palate, it is fresh and silky on the mid-palate, showing a certain unctuousness, good acidity, and a structured and balanced mouthfeel that leads to a long finish. The aftertaste brings back notes of ripe white fruit and a creamy sensation.
