A white wine fermented and aged in raw clay amphorae, which gives it that rebellious, revolutionary character. Sustainable viticulture, selected grapes hand-harvested in 10kg boxes. Old bush vines and strictly dry farming.
Appearance: Intense yellow color with golden highlights.
Nose: Great aromatic potential, highlighting aromas of rose petals, dried roses, orange peel, jasmine, and orange blossom. Mineral and pungent notes also emerge, lending character and expressiveness.
Palate: A fresh and vertical wine. Well-structured and full-bodied thanks to aging on the lees. The development of flor adds a touch of umami and salinity.
