After the production of our base Muscat wine, a second fermentation of at least 9 months on the lees takes place. During this period, the bottles remain in a racked position at a controlled temperature. Gradually, the bottles are moved from this horizontal position to a point, disgorging the bottle and removing the yeast sediment that has settled in the neck. The process is completed with the dosage liqueur, and the bottle is sealed with the natural cork typical of sparkling wines.
Appearance: Clean and bright, it has a beautiful straw-yellow color and fine bubbles.
Nose: Floral notes are present, accompanied by ripe stone fruits (peach, apricot) and citrus peel.
Palate: Its creaminess, freshness, elegance, and persistence on the palate are noteworthy.
