- New
This wine is made from Monastrell grapes from low-yield vineyards located at an altitude of approximately 700 meters. The grapes then undergo maceration and fermentation in small, temperature-controlled tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows, and the wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Appearance: Intense cherry red with garnet hues.
Nose: Notable aromas of ripe red fruits and candied fruit, accompanied by hints of roasted coffee, cocoa, and licorice that lend elegance and delicacy.
Palate: Full-bodied, with concentrated and smooth tannins, a wide range of pleasant sensations, and a long, refined, and slightly sweet finish.
