Diània Negre is a young, natural red wine, made exclusively with Alicante Bouschet grapes, known in Spain as Garnacha Tintorera, a unique variety for its colored pulp, capable of producing wines with a very deep color and vibrant character.
Grown in El Comtat (Alicante) at an altitude of over 500 meters. This wine represents the recovery of vineyards in historic areas and the use of ancestral cultivation techniques. Minimal intervention in the winery and vineyard results in a pure, honest, and expressive wine.
Appearance: Deep cherry red, high intensity, violet rim.
Nose: Fresh black fruit, notes of ripe cherry, herbal/Mediterranean touch.
Palate: Fruity entry, youthful tannins, clean and persistent finish. On the palate it is lively yet present, with youthful and approachable tannins, good tension, and a finish that invites another sip.
